How do I join?

Enter your phone number in the banner on the top. We'll send you an installation file via SMS.
- Click the link in the SMS (when asked if you want to connect to the server or the internet, click yes). The game will download automatically.
- Find the game in your menu or games folder (depending on your phone model), and enter it by clicking on its icon.
- In the game menu, you can register an account, download more games, deposit and withdraw funds, invite friends, and more.
How much do the games cost?

What is WAP / GPRS?
GPRS stands for General Packet Radio service which is an 'always on', higher-speed data service tied into existing GSM networks that are provided by a carrier network provider. When using GPRS, you are charged for data transferred (amount of data downloaded) regardless of the length of your connection.
WAP stands for Wireless Application Protocol and simply means you can access the Internet from your mobile phone. You are charged for the length of the call (depending on your carrier plan) and may be charged additional fees when accessing other services.
If you're not sure if you have WAP and/or GPRS, please contact your mobile service provider to check.
How do I get GPRS enabled on my mobile?
You need to contact your mobile network provider. The provider should be able to enable GPRS on your mobile within a few hours. I changed my network provider. Do I have to download the games again?

How do I download the Mobile Casino?
Once you've entered your phone number, we'll send you an SMS with a WAP link. Click the link in the SMS (if you're asked if you want to connect to the server or the internet, click yes). Why do the slot wheels just keep spinning and don't stop?
This is caused by Internet traffic. The signal from the server is not being relayed to your software, so the slot wheels just keep spinning because they have not received the signal telling them when and where to stop. If you close the program, you will be refreshed to the last known position.

This is caused by a bad or slow Internet connection. The gaming server will hold the wager until it can resolve the bet.
If I'm playing, can I receive a call or SMS while playing?
If connected using GPRS, you will receive the call or SMS while playing. The service will temporarily disconnect while you answer the call or download the SMS, and will automatically reconnect after completing the call or downloading the SMS. If you were in the middle of a bet, you will receive the outcome of that bet when reconnected to the game. If you were on the middle of a transaction, it will be completed automatically, and you will be able to check it once reconnected. If you connected using WAP, all incoming calls will either get a busy signal or be diverted to your voice mail, depending on your phone settings. What happens if I get disconnected while playing?
You should be able to resume normal operation after your mobile signal has been restored. Once reconnected, just go back into the game you were playing and resume play. If you were in the middle of a bet, you will receive the outcome of that bet when reconnected to the game. If you were on the middle of a transaction, it will be completed automatically, and you will be able to check it once reconnected.
