Withdrawing Funds
When you wish to withdraw funds, please log into "Online Banking" section. You can also contact our 24/7 Customer Support Centre, who will assist you through the process. Winnings can be credited back to your debit card, or you can opt to receive a cheque. The minimum withdrawal amount is £20.
Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please note that in some cases, on your first withdrawal from the casino, you will be required to provide additional personal details including date of birth and postal address.
If you have a new account, less than 30 days old, and are depositing with VISA, Solo or Delta Cards, you will have your withdrawal refunded back to the depositing card. Should a MasterCard be used as the depositing method, Withdrawals will be processed via regular check.
